Mert joined TAP after graduating from the University of Cardiff with a degree in Applied Software Engineering. He is a natural leader, and was selected as Scrum Master for his final year project.

He was part of a Counter Strike team that ranked in the top 100 within the UK.

An avid movie fan, he has watched Fight Club over 10 times!
