James has worked across multiple of clients at TAP, such as giffgaff and Gamesys, and is responsible for planning, building, and executing campaigns on Adobe Campaign. He is detail orientated and is a self-proclaimed perfectionist; never liking to leave anything unfinished. He is a wiz at problem solving, helping clients resolve support tickets as quickly as possible.
James is an advocate in mental health awareness. He volunteers for mental health related charities and is currently a listening volunteer for Samaritans, having done similar at university with the Nightline Association. Alongside gaming and fitness, music is another great passion of his, enjoying all genres and constantly in search for new music.
